Tout était parfait ! Nous avons adoré le cadre, la vue, la tranquillité des lieux. Nous y avons super bien mangé le matin et le soir avec des produits locaux. Elisabetta et Mohammed ont été aux petits soins avec nous, nous avons adoré les discussions que nous avons eues avec eux. Merci encore !

Exceptional place

The hosts are so welcoming and kind, the pets lovely and fun. The food is rather simple and made fresh and, for my taste, some of the best I got on Sicily. Wishing them all the best.

Wir haben uns in diesen Ort verliebt

Dimora Elisabeta war die beste Unterkunft, die wir auf Sizilien hatten. Wir waren eine ganze Woche dort und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Betta und Mo haben einen wunderbaren Ort für ihr B&B gefunden. Hier ist alles stimmig, sehr geschmackvoll und stilsicher aufgebaut und eingerichtet. In den Betten (Italian way) schläft man wie im siebten Himmel. Es ist alles sehr sauber, und die Pflegeprodukte im Bad sind ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Abends kochen Elisabeta und ihr Vater Giuseppe – wenn man sich dafür anmeldet – die besten Menüs. Unbedingt probieren! Wir kommen definitiv wieder! 10 von 10

Die Besitzer Elisabetta und ihr Mohammed haben hier ein Paradies für Reisende geschaffen. Jedes Detail im Zimmer und den öffentlichen Bereichen ist sehr liebevoll und hochwertig ausgesucht. Die Atmosphäre lädt zum Entspannen ein und das Frühstück oder Abendessen im Freien waren für mich ein Genuss!

The hosts were wonderfully warm and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The overall vibe is relaxed and calming, with a comforting energy that makes it easy to unwind and feel cared for. Breakfast was plentiful and nourishing, offering both authentic Sicilian specialties and a selection of continental items. The patio is a lovely spot to relax, read, enjoy a drink, or have an evening meal. Dinner featured traditional Sicilian dishes, prepared with care and great flavor. The room is beautifully and modernly furnished, with high-quality toiletries provided. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a restful stay. The hosts were readily available and shared helpful local tips that enhanced our visit. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Elisabetta and Mo!

An amazing tranquil hideaway in the Noto countryside

The stay with Elisabetta en Mo brought us an amazing couple of days in the Noto countryside. All of the b&b is designed with care and intention, from the rooms to the daily changing breakfast. We went in September of 25′ when they had the place running for only 1.5 months yet. Really impressive how well the property already became a space of tranquility and calmness. I can only imagine what a micro-universe of relaxation it will be whenever the expansion of room options and the pool are finished! This place is truly a gem which shines even brighter by the warm hospitality of her hosts.

Absolutely perfect in every way. Very relaxing location, beautiful home cooked dinner, sleek stylish rooms, great atmosphere, warm friendly hosts. They had just opened when we stumbled across it, and what a gem it ended up being! They have built something truly wonderful that will continue to get better and better! Perfect for yoga, peaceful walks, relaxation, nature, unwinding, eating great local produce.. Oh and the playful doggies really were the cherry on top ❤️

Es waren wunderschöne Tage in dieser herrlichen, neuen und so schön designten Unterkunft. Super ist auch das Abendessen! Besonders in Erinnerung werden uns die herzlichen Gastgeber Elisabetta und Mohammed bleiben. Danke euch ganz besonders für eure Hilfe bei unserer Autopanne und dafür, dass ihr uns von euren weiteren Plänen für eure Unterkunft erzählt habt. Wir drücken euch ganz doll die Daumen dafür und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen, wenn wir noch einmal nach Sizilien kommen.

Warm hospitality, peaceful countryside, and unforgettable Sicilian charm.

Elisabetta and Mohammed are wonderful hosts. We loved the way they took care of us, and our stay was exceptional. We learned a lot about the Noto area and Sicily in general. Normally, we prefer to stay close to the beach, but spending time in this part of the countryside really deepened our appreciation for Sicily. The room was superb, the bed excellent, and my wife especially liked the high-quality bath soaps, shampoos, and face products. The open area is perfect for unwinding, being present, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The food was truly fantastic—we discovered so much about Sicilian products. Elisabetta and her father are talented cooks, and her father made one of the best Negronis I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back to see how this place continues to develop, to try Elisabetta’s father’s martini, and to check in on the lovely dogs.

Dimora super per una vacanza super!

Dimora Elisabetta è uno di quei posti dove quando arrivi, non vorresti più andartene! Sembra uscito da una rivista di arredamento: come si può vedere dalle foto, assolutamente fedeli alla realtà, qualsiasi particolare è stato scelto con attenzione, buon gusto e passione, per enfatizzare la struttura architettonica del baglio e l’originalità/eleganza degli arredamenti. Tutto è stato pensato per far sentire al meglio l’ospite: letti supercomodi, ampia gamma di prodotti toiletries realizzati ad hoc, ottime colazioni genuine preparate espressamente da Elisabetta e la possibilità di cenare lì, con squisiti piatti siciliani, preparati a vista, se richiesti per tempo… Se si riesce a resistere alla tentazione di sedersi sui divani esterni a rimirare l’orizzonte con campi pieni di ulivi, rilassandosi con il canto delle cicale e bella musica lounge o chiacchierando con Elisabetta e suo marito (persone adorabili ed interessantissime!), ci si può mettere in macchina e raggiungere facilmente tutte le più belle città della Val di Noto, nonché il mare spettacolare delle Oasi di Vendicari… Cosa chiedere di più da una vacanza?! Noi siamo appena tornati, entusiasti, da una settimana passata alla Dimora Elisabetta e non possiamo far altro che raccomandarla caldamente a tutti!

Soggiorno rigenerante per la mente e lo spirito

Cosa dire di questo soggiorno? Semplicemente incantevole! Elisabetta e Mohammed sono delle persone squisite, mettono cuore e passione in tutto quello che fanno. La struttura è nuovissima, pulita, accogliente e immersa totalmente nel verde. L’ attenzione e la cura per il cliente sono ineguagliabili. Elisabetta ha saputo guidarci nei nostri vari itinerari in terra siracusana, fornendoci consigli e indicazioni per trascorrere al meglio i pochi giorni di vacanza a disposizione. Abbiamo inoltre mangiato divinamente, Elisabetta e il suo papà sono degli chef incredibili, utilizzano sempre prodotti locali e i piatti sono delle prelibatezze per il palato. La star della dimora è indubbiamente Orazio, cagnolino affettuoso e pieno di energie che ha riempito di coccole il nostro soggiorno. Ottima qualità-prezzo!! Speriamo di rivederci al più presto! Un posto speciale, pensato, voluto e vissuto con tanta cura e amore.

Eccezionalmente Fantastico

Dimora accogliente, rilassante e confortevole. Un luogo in mezzo alla natura dove trovi pace e serenità; la Dimora è un ambiente unico nel suo genere, è raro trovare un posto speciale come questo. L’accoglienza è stata positiva, i proprietari sono eccezionali, affabili e simpatici. La location offre qualsiasi tipo di comfort: la camera è dotata di un ottimo climatizzatore, di un comodissimo letto matrimoniale con dei cuscini ultra comodi in memory foam, adatto per chi magari ha problemi di cervicalgia, inoltre il bagno offre un’ immensa doccia con soffione, una linea di cosmetici eccezionale e una gamma di asciugamani e accappatoi puliti e profumati. La mattina ci siamo svegliati riposati, accompagnati dal canto delle cicale. La colazione è stato un momento perfetto per riprendersi, degustando piatti caserecci di alta classe e ascoltando musica Jazz in un contesto delizioso; inoltre c’è anche la possibilità di leggere qualche libro. Un luogo sofisticato e signorile ; ma l’eccezionalità non è stato tanto il posto, ma l’assistenza premurosa della proprietaria, che dal primo momento che ci ha accolto fino all’ultimo minuto, è stata a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Io e la mia ragazza siamo soddisfatti di aver fatto questa scelta, peccato che il pernottamento è stato solo di una notte. Se potessi dare più di 5 stelle, lo avrei fatto senza pensarci 2 volte. Lo consiglio a tutti…

Il Ristoro dell’Anima

La struttura è una vera e propria oasi, immersa tra Canicattini Bagni e Noto. Facilissima da raggiungere. È difficile riassumere senza tralasciare qualcosa, perché l’esperienza è stata totalmente positiva, sotto ogni aspetto. Elisabetta, la proprietaria e vero fulcro della Dimora, è presente ma mai invadente, con la capacità rara di anticipare le necessità prima ancora che si presentino. Andiamo via con una nostalgia insolita. La stanza è splendida: arredi curati, letto di qualità, e un bagno ricchissimo di prodotti specifici per il benessere del corpo e del viso. Scrub viso e corpo, acque micellari, tonici, shampoo, balsamo, bagnoschiuma, saponi… Di solito si trovano i classici flaconcini “tutto in uno”: qui, invece, si va ben oltre. Saliamo molti gradini in più. Elisabetta sa il fatto suo: è una vera professionista. Il sottofondo della Dimora del Pensatore è il suono delle cicale, a mio parere positivo, da notare però che quando entri in camera, grazie agli infissi, non si sente più nulla. Colazione perfetta, preparata su misura per evitare sprechi e valorizzare i prodotti locali. Abbiamo anche usufruito della cucina in due occasioni, gustando taglieri, caponata, ottime polpette preparate dal papà, e aperitivi impeccabili. L’entusiasmo qui regna sovrano. Luogo estremamente consigliato. Ci tornerò, e sono certo che presto sarà difficile trovare posto: luoghi costruiti su idee di valore spirituale e con questa estrema cura meritano di spiccare il volo.
